Our professional cleaners follow strict guidelines that we have developed, leaving the property in show room condition after every turnover. This will ensure our guests reviews are always high.

If there is a maintenance issue, we have professional contractors who will be able to troubleshoot and repair any issues in a cost effective and timely manner.

*All repairs will be carried out only after approval of the owner. In case of emergency we will act as quickly as possible to protect our guests as well as the property.

We would love the opportunity to lease your property to take away your stress, all the while guaranteeing you a monthly income.

In order for us to maintain our 5 STAR rating, we will keep your property in the highest standard of cleanliness and upkeep.

*We sign a yearly lease then you allow us to ‘sub-let’, we will then use the property as a Short-Term Rental.
