Who we are
Dave and Nina got involved in Real Estate ventures about eleven years ago. Their portfolio consisted of a variety of properties which included multi-unit residential, commercial self-storage and single-family homes.
Dave is currently a Foreman in the oil and gas industry which he has been a part of for over the last 30 years. Dave is a graduate of SAIT Petroleum Engineering Technologist diploma program.
Nina has been active in the Real Estate business for the past eleven years. Managing their portfolio, as a mortgage broker as well as a RE trainer and educator. Nina’s back ground is in office and accounts management.
